ICT Technician VET

During your apprenticeship at METAS as an ICT Technician, Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET), you will be the first point of contact for employees in the event of PC and network problems and provide them with expert support in all IT matters.

• You support users in using information and communication technology (ICT) resources.
• You provide IT support.
• You install and maintain hardware and software.
• You improve existing processes and systems.
• You analyse and rectify faults.

Your profile

• Secondary school qualification with good grades in mathematics, German and English
• You are enthusiastic about computers and technology and enjoy solving tricky problems
• Organisational skills and joined-up thinking
• Patience and perseverance
• Team player, good communication and social skills
• Independence, reliability and a sense of responsibility
