• Flexible working time models: Our flexible working time models (full-time, part-time) reconcile work, family and leisure time. You also have the option of purchasing additional holidays.
• Loyalty bonus: METAS employees are already paid a loyalty bonus from their fifth year of service.
• Voluntary family allowances: In addition to the statutory child allowances, METAS pays a voluntary allowance to all employees with maintenance obligations to their own or adopted children.
• Participation in external childcare: We contribute financially to the costs of extra-familial childcare (e.g. daycare centres, day schools or day care providers in accordance with the Ordinance on the Placement of Children in Foster Care).

• REKA-Card: Employees with an employment contract with a term of at least one year receive credit on the REKA-Card every year.
• Health management: METAS organises participation in the “Bike to Work” campaign every year, provides free fruit during breaks and offers sporting activities such as yoga and badminton.
