METAS’ business hours are listed separately for the Reception Desk and the Forwarding Department. Special rules apply on public holidays and during annual closing. Please note the times and information below for your visit or delivery.

The reception is closed in the afternoon.

Forwarding Department

Monday to Friday

07.30 to 12.00

13.00 to 16.00

Access to the Forwarding Department is unlimited during business hours.

Annual closing

METAS remains closed on the following days:

• Good Friday until Easter Monday
• Ascension Day and Friday after Ascension Day
• Whit Monday
• 1 August (Swiss National Day)
• 24 December to 2 January (Christmas/New Year)

Special opening hours

• The day before Good Friday: open until 16.00
• The day before Ascension: open until 16.00
• The day before 1 August (Swiss National Day): open until 16.00
