The Institute Council
The members of the Institute Council elected by the Federal Council form the top management of METAS, shape its strategy and contribute expertise in corporate governance, research and the natural sciences.
The Executive Board
The Executive Board is responsible for managerial duties, prepares the basis for decision-making by the Institute Council and represents METAS in dealings with external parties.
